Alexlady Designs is International!

I'm excited to say that I've just made my first off-continent sale! The customer is in the Netherlands (sigh) and is now the proud owner of one of my pendants, shown below:

*New Item!!* Garnet flower pendant!

I'm excited about this new item, and I have a hunch that there will soon be earrings as well.

Garnet Flower Pendant

Winter is in the air, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't look to spring. This delicate flower is hand-formed from silver wire, twisted with Garnet beads and an Aurora Borealis Swarovski crystal. Sure to warm up a cold snap!

Tree of Knowledge Pendant... new item at alexlady designs!

A hammered sterling teardrop frames a sprouting green tree with tiny red fruit, waiting to be plucked. This little amulet is complex and ripe with mystery.

I haven't decided yet whether or not I'll sell this tree pendant. I'm incredibly attached to it. It's the first one I've made.

I have trouble with this sometimes... less now than at the beginning, because making a particular piece will have helped me work through something, or I remember how i felt when I was designing it. I'd like to do more like this one though, but this one took about an hour, so I probably wouldn't focus on them as far as sales go. I need to start repeating my designs so I know I can reproduce them, that's been my concentration for this week. But it's nice to do something just to see if i can. :)
